چکیده:
انرژي الكتريكي به عنوان يكي از حاملهاي مهم بمنظور توسعه اقتصادي كشور بسيار حائز اهميت مي باشد، لذا بايد بمانند ساير منابع انرژي كشور از آن بدرستي استفاده نمود. در اين راستا نياز به اعمال مديريت مصرف انرژي الكتريكي به عنوان يكي از عوامل اساسي در مصرف انرژي الكتريكي كشور است. بدين منظور نياز به اقداماتي از قبيل تدوين قوانين و مقرارت لازم، اعمال مديريت بار، استاندارد نمودن تجهيزات برقي، آموزش و آگاه سازي، پرداخت تسهيلات مالي به اجراكنندگان سياست هاي مديريت بار و مصرف انرژي الكتريكي و بسياري از موارد ديگر مي اشد، در اين مقاله ابتدا سياست ها و ابزارهاي مديريت بار و مصرف انرژي الـكتريكي بررسي شـده است و سپس نتايج اجراي اين سياست ها و تأثيرات آنها بر جانب تقاضاي انرژي الكتريكي مورد ارزيابي قرار گرفته است.

چکیده (انگلیسی):
This article describes policy and result of each policy of electricity consumption management in Iran with viewpoints of economic, law, engineering, training and advertising to evaluate the results of each policy for better planning on energy consumption in future. Detachment of each viewpoint makes planners and decision makers to decide what we achieve and what we need to accomplish in future. The work Iran have down till now are: preparing laws, standards and labeling on some of the electric utility and building and also education in school and university, training for students and managers of industries and also advertising for how and when is the right time to use electric appliances.
